Trust and Communication is the key to any long term relationship and we are aware that being on site at least once a week means that we are the eyes and ears for our factors.

If Citrus staff see something wrong with a property or something out of the norm, we will report that back to our factors so they can be in a position to handle client’s queries in a 'forewarned is forearmed' way. On many occasions we are given a job number to rectify minor problems that potentially turn into real headaches if left.

Checking, sourcing and changing bulbs, is part of our standard service. If you are busy in the office growing your business and handling resident’s queries, checking the electricity metre can be a real hassle, Citrus staff will do this for you free of charge.

In the winter stairwell carpets can become grubby and tired Citrus can give the property a lift using state of the art quick drying technology. The Citrus Team can clean carpets and entrance mats at very competitive prices per metre squared. Vinyl and laminate floors can also be freshened up as the Citrus team have the equipment to strip seal and buff the floors of complete buildings in a single day.

Providing there is access at standing height, Citrus staff clean internal windows and external windows on stairwells where the window mechanisms allow the windows to rotate.

We obtain an excellent external ladder free window cleaning service using 'state of the art' reach technology. This technology is supplied through one of our vetted and approved business partners who comply with all the necessary legislation and will provide Method Statement and Risk Assessments on request.
